xfx gf 6800 GT install problem please help

ok after 2 months of waiting for my gf 6 6800 ultra to come i got fed
up and orderd a GT. It came 2day, put card into slot etc went to turn
on pc and all i get it a loud BEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

So i tried it on another pc ive got downstairs and the same problem

anybody got an idea? could it b my bios settings or summit?

my spec :

AMD 64 3700
1gb ram corisar
window xp
Socket754 AMD Athlon 64, 800MHz FSB, ATX, NVIDIA nForce3 150
400w psu

Silly question . . . did you plug a hard drive type power connector into

Weird, your specs look real good. Everything seems to be in place for this
card. Try BIOS settings...if all else fails, RMA.
