xferPro trojan or false positive?

Hi. ms/giant antispyware scan on my computer says xferPro
is a trojan. Web search suggests otherwise. Anyone
know? XferPro has been around for years...
 
False positives are a problem for any antispyware scanner.

Can you describe precisely the object that has been identified as a trojan?

What is the name of the trojan that Microsoft Antispyware identifies it as?

Can you locate this object on original installation media for the product
you associate with it?
