xfer favorites files from one cpu to another

Can anybody please tell me how move my favorites from winme
to xp on the new cpu. Bill Gates web page has no info on
how to do this & won't let me speak to a support person.

In Windows ME goto C:\Windows\Favorites and copy the whole
favorites folder, put it on a floppy or CD-R. then in
Windows XP goto c:\Documents and settings\YOU\and paste
that favorites foler here.
