XCOPY

This may come as a very stupid question but can anyone come up with a
good description of the command xcopy /Z. I cannot find very much
documentation on the /Z option as it seems to have been added to Windows
2000 and up. The only description I have found is what the help for xcopy
states; "Copies networked files in restartable mode." Can anyone point me
to a more thorough explanation of this?

Using /z

If you lose your connection during the copy phase (for example, if the
server going offline severs the connection), it resumes after you
reestablish the connection. /z also displays the percentage of the
copy operation completed for each file.

That did it for me. The scary part is I skimmed that document earlier
