X10 Adds! :-(

The 1st time I open IE each session on my computer a "pop-under" add appears, my homepage is google and it even happerns when IE is opened by clicking in my favorites. So there must be files on my computer doing this. So how do I get rid of this? any help on the matter would be much appreciated. Thanks, Bracken Dawson.
