"X" won't close a web page , but " -- " does

When I open a web page and then try to close it the page
will not close. I can only close the page by clicking on
the minimize box. Also all of my system restore points
are gone, my date and time are mysteriously in the
future.

HELP !!!!!

This all indicates a virus infection, so you may want to get a good
virus scanner to clear up your system.
