X-Mail-Spam-Blacklisted

Why do I get "X-Mail-Spam-Blacklisted" inserted to the subject line of my
incoming mail. I would like to remove it from my incoming mail. Especially
from my safe list. When ever I reply "X-Mail-Spam-Blacklisted" is part of the
subject line.

Outlook does not alter the subject line! Either an intalled virus- or
spam-scanner, that detected the mail as spam, changed it or the subject
already has been changed by your mail provider resp. its
malware-scanner.
