x:\ is not accessible. Acess is denied

I recently changed my computer case for a brand new case, I installed
everything the same , But now the floppy, the dvd says for example E:\ is not
accessible. Acess is denied
And also when I try to read a memory card with my usb reader I got the same
error message , So it looks that everything is connected to my computer got
the same error , Please help me, I dont want to format , Please helpme , if
