Hi,
When your friend upgraded her system, the version of WinZip that was
installed carried over to WinXP.
Wzwizard.hlp (wizard documentation) is a file that shipped with that
version of WinZip. WinZip will not run without it.
Her best bet it to uninstall WinZip from add/remove programs and use
the built-in zip function in WinXP.

I went to the WinZip site, but it says the free
evaluation is only good for 21 days. My friend swears
she never bought any decompression software. Did WinZip
come bundled with Windows in the past? She upgraded to
Win XP from an older version of Windows.
Thanks.

A friend of mine (running Windows XP) said she received

software (WinZip?) will not run.
How can I get this file restored?
Thank you.
