Hello All. Hope someone can help me with this.
I set up a system some time ago. A partitioned 60G HD. I put WXP in a 15G
partition (and called it "WXP").
I though this would be more than enough. However, some Programs, when fully
installed take up Gigabytes these days eg Tiger Woods Golf Program - 3 CD's,
so about 2G of videos, graphics etc.
Anyway, the partition now has less than 15% free space. So (I beleive) it is
inadvisable to run defrag.
My question is this...
Can programs usually installed in the WPX:\Program Files actually be split
between
WXP:\Program Files
and
anotherpartition:\Program Files
Any complications or "gotcha's"?
Thanks
Steve
