when i try to send a suspected spyware report, i get an error message that
states "please check you Internet proxy settings and try again"
note that the above message in quotes is EXACLTY as it appears (you should

Well, since I don't know to whom you were trying to report the problem I
can't help you with that. As for the malware, go through these removal
steps systematically:

Having a clean machine may take care of the error you get when you are
