wupdater error

When I shut my machine down, I get an error box
that "wupdater.exe" is not responding. I can't power down
until I click "end now." If I let it try and close on its
own, it never does. Is there any way to fix this or
reinstall the file?

Thanks for any help!
 
lucky you. you have spyware

use spybot safer-networking.org
ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
update both before scan
and both are free
