WU: Automatically Download & Install NOT installing

On the Automatic Updates tab in My Computer | Properties,
for the 3rd option, "Automatically download the updates,
and install them on the schedule that I specify" doesn't
seem to be installing the updates that its downloaded. I
have it scheduled for "Every day" at "7:00am." It's
downloading, but not installing the update. Is this
another buy in SP1a ???
