I need the respective assistance to resolve the following
error message "Wtoolsa has caused an error in
KERNELL32.DLL. Wtoolsa will now close. If you continue to
experience problems, try restarting your computer."
I restart my computer but the error message appears again,
and if I close the error message window the same error
message reappears all over again. Just in case, I have
updated the antivirus program (McAfee), and after running
it I just get a message stating that no virus has been
found.
I would highly appreciate your assistance in resolving
this matter.

First of all, go to START, then RUN.
Type in REGEDIT. Find the folder called
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Then locate the MICROSOFT folder; in
this folder there should be another one called WINDOWS.
Don't click on it. Right click, go to find, and search
for "wtoolsa." The file should come up in the registry.
Delete it. Exit out of the Registry Editor. Then go to
START, SEARCH FOR FILES AND FOLDERS, and type in "wtoolsa."
An internet file should come up. Delete it and empty your
recycling bin. This should get rid of the problem. It did
for me anyway.
