i can't log into my email using windows mail.
a window opens (never seen it before) and asks me to enter my details. i've
done it many times, it comes back to the same window and i still can't read
my mail.
really un-impressed!!!
how are you going to fix this since you can't email me a solution?
all i've done is update anything you told me i should update.
 
What type of email account are you trying to access (who is the provider)?
Did it work before?
If you get an error message, please post it here.
