Hello, I have a couple questions:

-I'm trying to get a pc fixed after it was infected with some spyware,
everything was cleaned and I had to uninstall NAV cause the installation got
corrupted, so cause issues while finding the cd's I installed Avast, the AV
seems to be working fine, it does update and is working but WSC is warning
that there is no AV installed on the PC, I have checked the registry, deleted
everything, reinstalled and still I get the message, is theer any way to get
it fix?

Btw, I don't want to disable the warning but to enable WSC to see Avast
installed!!

-Second question, same pc above mentioned, I was trying to install some
updates for Office Xp using Windows updates, they got downloaded but fail to
install, I have no problem with Windows Xp updates, they do install correctly
is the Office Xp updates the ones giving me a headache, I used to know how to
fix this kind of issues but I haven't fix anything like this in a long time,
so how can fix this installation problem?

Thx for the help!! ;D

This seems to be occurring because your Windows XP / WSC is still thinking
that NAV is installed. Head over to Symantec's web site and look for the
enhanced NAV removal tool. This should solve your problems.

SYMrnt I think is the name, if this is the one your refering, yup, I tried
that already, but thanks, still is not good, and what about the other one.

Thx again for your help!!! :D

Please, does anybody know where can I get some info about this couple
questions?

Thx for any help!!
