Any tips & tricks for installing Windows Server 2003 as a multi-boot on my
Toshiba Satellite A40-S270 laptop ?

(shipped with Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 1) ?

You'll need to install Windows Server 2003 on an available,
empty partition. If you do not have one, then you'll need to
use a third-party partitioning program, such as Partition Magic 8.

Next, you should check the support website of the manufacturer
of you laptop to see if they offer the specialized hardware drivers
necessary for running Windows Server 2003, including video
adapter drivers, audio drivers, keyboard drivers, NIC drivers, etc.
Although drivers designed for Windows XP may work with Windows
Server 2003, some may not install or function properly.
If no suitable drivers exist, you may find that Windows Server 2003
may not not run as well as Windows XP does on your laptop.
