wrong setting for web image clarity-help!

I just got a new Sony VAIO and I was setting things up. I recall choosing a setting that would load images quicker but not as clear. I want to change this setting so that my images are less fuzzy. Where can I find this setting? I have looked everywhere I can think.

I think that this is not an XP issue, but rather, a Sony VAIO issue, so yoyur best bet would be to check out the help file for the product.
