Using Word 2002 for making label under Tools. Want to use Arial Bold 10
font. Set font in document (where it's correct), then go to Labels where I
confirm font as Arieal Bold 10 and where it still looks right but then prints
what looks like a default Times Roman or Courier. This has only started
happening recently. Any ideas?

Labels by default use the font of Normal style. You can change the font in
the Labels dialog by selecting the text, right-clicking, and choosing
Font... Or you can click on New Document to get a sheet of labels and format
the font any way you like.

Sorry Suzanne. Guess I wasn't clear in my post. I know and have used all steps you outlined. Label still prints in Times Roman/Courier. This is not a consistent problem--happens intermittently but is annoying. I can circumvent by using totally different fond such as Tahoma or Verdana.

In that case, I haven't a clue.

Might there have recently been any OS or program updates/changes that may
suggest the need for an updated printer driver? Drivers can also 'sour' on
their own, so you might want to reinstall if an update isn't available.
