Writing Very Small

I am Having a problem with Internet Explorer, Most of the Small writing is so
small i can barely make it out, I am unsure on what i have done. and the only
difference is that I am getting a lot of Popups (not to sure if this is
related)

The small size fonts and the indication from you that it has changed
makes me believe that the screen resolution has changed.

Go to the desktop and right click on a blank spot. Then choose
Properties then settings and change the resolution by moving the slider to
the left (less) and then apply. See if that fixes it.

As for pop ups that could be nothing more than the fact that more of
them are out there. I avoid almost all of them by using various pop up
blockers.
