I suspect you're talking about doing this in Word, which means you're far
more likely to get an answer in a newsgroup related to Word. This newsgroup
is for questions about using queries in Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

However, the answer to your question is yes, it's possible.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access. I suspect that
you're asking about writing in Microsoft Word.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.word.general.
