I'm trying to set a rule to reply to everyone in my address book. Due to the
nature of my work, there are around 4500 people in it. I've manually added
each person (theres no distribution list set up), but it gives this error
message "One of more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange Server and have
been deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not
supported or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules."
Our IT department won't allow us to have out off office rules for all emails
receivde, and have agreed to the compromise of allowing us to reply to
everyone in our contacts lists.
If you can think of any other way I could do this too would be really helpful.
thanks
