"Write" emails using tablet

I have a tablet running Vista, and would like to figure out how to write
emails using the pen. I cant find any enhancements anywhere like for Outlook
2003. Does anyone know how to do this?

I've used the tablet's ability to convert handwriting into normal text. The
tablet can read my handwriting fairly well, but I do have to correct it. No
one can read my handwriting as well as the tablet can, including me.
Although my handwriting is now better than before I had a tablet.
 
I dont so much want that, as I can use the pen on the on-screen keyboard to
'type' with the pen. I want it to send my email as I write it, in my
handwriting.
 
I do that by writing into an application that handles Inking: Office
OneNote, MS Journal, or Word 2007 [where you get to the Inking capability
from Review/Start Inking]. Then I Select the relevant writing, Copy and
Past it into my mail program [which is Windows Mail].
