I subscribe to microsoft.public.windows.vista.networking_sharing and I can
read posts. I would like to open a new topic and reply to messages. What do
I need to do to accomplish this?
 
You access that newsgroup through Windows Mail, as you did this newsgroup?
So do it the same way you post to this newsgroup. No membership required.
