Tried multiple times to load the patch...everything seems
find during the download, but then get a message saying
it failed to install with no explanation. Microsoft
doesn't respond to emails and posts no phone
number...very helpful as usual according to their
reputation. If anyone can help, would be appreciated, as
the Worm is in my machine.
