WORM REMOVAL FROM WINDOWS PROGRAM

I HAVE A WORM IN MY C DRIVE/WINDOWS/SYSTEM 32/WINS/DLLHOST.EXE. MY ANTI-VIRUS SYSTEM WILL NOT REMOVE IT AND I DON'T THINK I AM ABLE TO REMOVE THIS PROGRAM.ANY ADVISE ON REMOVING THIS WORM WITHOUT GETTING IT PERSON TO ATTEND
 
You don't say which worm it is. However, go to www.symantec.com on the left
of the main window you will see a section marked 'downloads' click on the
'download virus removal tool' Another window will appear showing a list of
virus/worms etc. See if the worm you have is listed. If so and a removal
tool is available, download it and follow the relevant instructions.

You might try your anti-virus program remedies or fixes?

I have had viruses that take a special download to remove
them. You have to follow the instructions well.
 
Actually it is the Nachi Worm. Heard of it?
