worksheet tab stuck

Hi

I've just opened an excel worksheet and my curser has a
worksheet icon stuck to it, preventing me from selecting
cells or even closing the worksheet without using end
task in the task manager.

It looks as though the programme thinks I've tried to
pick up a worksheet tab at the bottom of my screen in
order to move it further along. But I haven't! I can't
seem to open the worksheet without this happening. Does
this sound familiar?

Deja vu! See Iberrier's post this morning in Excel
Miscellaneous. Response there was maybe a stuck key or
sticky mouse button not letting go of a tab selection.
Hope this is the case and not a software prob!
