All the threads? I've seen ONE in the past three weeks. It's a Works
problem, not a printing issue, so ask in the right newsgroup and you'll get
an answer.

Will this help you?

1. Many of the threads have titles involving simply "printing problems",
etc, without mentioning WORKS. There are numerous ones right now. If you
can't see them, you must not be looking.

2. I already atalked to HP support, the WORKS forum and here. As usual
with MS, it is ALWAYS "somebody else's problem". Although I do agree that
ist seems to be coming down to a WORKS problem.

UPDATE:
Eventually MS sent me an update notification that sent me to that driver
(link from mae above). I installed it and it works. I have lost all the
advanced control features from the computer, but at least it now works as a
basic printer/scanner. I can still adjust the features from the buttons on
the printer.
Thanks for the help.
I am still a bit disappointed at HP and MS for marketing hardware that is
obviously in common, widespread use, without having tested the combination.
