Works on 2000 but not XP

Hi

I have an access database - customised and quite complex. It runs fin
on Windows 2000 but errors come up during startup on XP - and it wil
not run. How can this be. Its the same version of Access (office) etc.
Really appreciate some (any) help

Care to give us a hand here? What errors? Does it compile correctly?
Have you Compacted and Repaired?
