I just took over a client who uses Outlook Calendar and its built in
file "workorder.dot" to manage its daily work tasks (carpet cleaning).
It works as follows:
Say they are called and made a carpet cleaning appointment on Oct 5th
on the phone, they then have to open Outlook Calendar, click on the
date Oct 5. Then a file "workorder.dot" shows up in the content area
in Appointment window. They have to open the file to fill out the
details and save it. This Calendar folder is under Public Folders, so
all employees are able to view and write to it.
Here is my problems:
I am helping them upgrade Exchange 5.5 to 2k3, I managed to move
Public Folders fm old server to the new one. Everything goes smoothly
and I am able to review all appointments in history. However, when I
open a new Appointment window in Outlook with the new server, I do not
see the file "workorder.dot" showing any more. It seems that I did not
move the file successfully. Where can it be??? How can I put it back??
I am totally new on forms in Outlook, does anyone have any quick
answers ?
Thanks a lot!
