Working on multiple computers

Can save your source files with the project file (.MSWMM) and take it to another computer? What all should I be copying/doing to achieve that

All you need is the project file and the source files.... you don't need the
source files in the collection database on the other computer.

If you are on a network, you can have the source files on one computer, use
another to make/run the project, and save the rendered movie to a third one.
