Setting up workgroup between two home computers.
Accessing one fine, the other is asking me to login
through guest account with password and I don't know how
to turn this off on the computer requesting it?

Run the Network Setup Wizard on both computers to fully enable file
sharing:

If you've defined a password for the Guest account, enter that
password at the prompt. By default, there's no password.
