Workgroup Templates

I have a shared folder on a network server in which I
have placed various custom designed user templates. Can
anyone tell me how setup(?) Word 2002 (10.5522.4219) SP-2
on network PCs where individuals can use these templates?
I have identified the workgroup template location of
these templates on the "Tools-Options-File Locations" tab
however I cannot see the templates from within Word. Can
anyone help?
