Workgroup setup incorrectly - can't log into domain now

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Tried to create a workgroup to balance/backup between 2
computers on my home Linksys network. On one computer (XP
Professional), I selected the "no domain" option. I,
unfortunately, DO need to log in to a domain. Now, when I
get the welcome page, there's no longer an option to
specify the domain, and my username/password is domain-
specific.

In other words, I can't log in now. This is the ONLY user
on this laptop - no other ADMINISTRATOR user.

HELP?????????????
 
Once a machine has been disjoined from a domain
only machine local accounts remain usable.
The machine must be rejoined to the domain, and this
can be done by domain admins or those accounts to
which this has been delegated. You need to speak
with those that run the domain.
