Workgroup Not Accessible

I have been going through the newsgroup and I think I
have tried all of the suggestions for resolving this
issue, but each time I try to view the workgroup, I
receive an error that the workgroup name is not
accessible. I can't take it anymore...IS THERE ANY HELP
OUT THERE!!! Thanks in advance.
