Workgroup files

I've created an office workgroup file and have my current
template in this file. When I'm working with Word XP I
don't have a problem seeing my template in my workgroup
file. However, in Word 97 I don't see anything in this
workgroup file. I can click OK and it will pull up this
template but it appears nothing is out there. This will
freak out my users when I say, click on nothing and it
will work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

1. Are the file location options for workgroup files properly set in Word
97?

2. Is this on the same computer / same user or a different computer /
different user?

The network permissions for your workgroup folder for the users having
difficulties may not include view or see files.
