Scenario:
We work in a network where all workgroup dots are on a fileserver
f:\templates.
Inside templates we have subdirectories for different types of dots, so
that the users have different tabs in their create-new dialog. Works
fine. For example f:\templates\manuals\sec.dot
Problem:
We often get documents from external suppliers. Their documents contains
the wrong path to "sec.dot". And, because our workgroup definition (in
Options) points to f:\templates but NOT to f:\templates\manuals the dot
in this document will never be found by the search algorithm for dots.
Does anyone of you know the problem? Do we use the workgroup option
wrong? All suggestions are welcome.
Thanks,
Pia
