WorkFlowHarnessExecutable Application

Every time I try to laod my Road Runner activation cd, I
get this message:"WorkFlowHarnessExecutable Application
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell Micrsoft about
this problem." I click on the "send error report" and it
apparently sends it.
Also, whenever I reboot or log on I get this
message: "VirtualTruck Reboot Helper" " please insert
your VirtualTruck cd back into the cd tray so that
installation may continue"
Is this part of the above mentioned probelm?
Can anyone suggest what to do to fix these problems?

Meep meep. Uninstall any Roadrunner software on your PC. It's not needed.

It never got installed!! While installing it, all of this
happened and will not go away:)
