WorkflowHarnessExecutable Application Error

I am trying to install Comcast High Speed Internet on to
my home computer. As soon as the set up begins an
analysis on my operating system I get
WorkflowHarnessExecutable Application has encountered a
problem and must shut down. Does anyone know what I need
to do in order to get the program to run?

I doubt you have to run this program. It's just going to make changes you
can do manually. And then it's going to put junk on your desktop and change
your OE and IE Title bars. All you'll really need to do is make sure you're
set up for DHCP (Obtain an IP address automatically), and that you have
TCP/IP installed properly. Other than that, you shouldn't have to install
any software. It's just junk.
