Work drop-down menu

I like to use the WORK drop-down menu for frequently-used
files. But I have never been able to determine how to
remove items from the menu. Any assistance appreciated.
 
Press Ctrl+Alt+Hyphen, then click on the file you want to remove. Use this
shortcut with care: it will remove *any* menu item you click on (but only
one). If you press it in error, ESC will dismiss it.
