Words printing sideways

When someone prints out an email, some of the replies show up with the words
turned sideways. You have to turn the paper and then words are spelled going
downward. Why would this be happening and how do we fix it?

This only happens with a couple of people that try to print emails from a
certain person.
Can anyone help with this?
 
There are two people that print to the same printer. When they view the
emails, they look fine. When they print the emails, messages from one person
will print sideways. I understand it is a printer problem, but why would the
email replies from one certain person be printing differently?
I have tried printing the emails to a different printer and they print out
fine. But it is just this one person and this one printer that it all gets
messed up on.
Does anyone have any idea if there would some type of setting that this
person would have on their Outlook that would be causing this problem?
 
Never mind with this problem. We found out that someone was using Arial
Uni-Code as their font and it was causing this.

Thanks for posting the answer. I suspect you had a lot of people stumped
and that's why you received no responses.
