words go off the paper

Using Windows XP and Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, I have a document with page set up and print set up to print on 5.5" wide and 8.5" paper, portrait, margins .5" each side, top 2" and bottom 1.5". The print view and the print preview look right and everything looks like it is set up right but when it prints, there is a 2" margin on the left and the words go off the edge of the right side. Can anyone tell me what else I need to do to fix this?
 
Hi Pam - it sounds like a printer driver issue. Check the settings for the
printer - if there is nothing odd (like another paper size) appearing there,
look for an updated printer driver at the printer manufacturer's site.
