Always when I use my Wordpad application and when I 'drag and drop' a
shourtcut I take it as an embeded object.

The problem is that I do not take it as an icon just as invisible
object because my background is set as black.

How to fix the problem to take the object looks like visible icon
automaticly always I set it into document?

I must do it manualy for each one new set into the document.

Thanks.

There are several ways depending on the object that you're trying to
paste into that document. You may want to insert an object as a symbol
or as a package using the Object Manager: Start > Run: packager.exe

Simply I would like to do it with the mouse 'drag and drop'.

If I have a lot of shourtcuts in a folder I copy them into the rtf
document in Wordpad all the shourtcuts are copied succesfuly but the
problem is that there are not icons just black invisible objects I can
see if I click on them.

When I click the mouse and I call the shourtcut just then I take the
'blank white' icon for the same object.

Right click the embedded object (file) > Object Properties > View tab >
Show as symbol (or similar, translated-on-the-fly) > Change icon.
