WordPad and NotePad in Win98SE corrupted

After a few times of rebooting my system Windows 98SE, I
can not use WordPad and NotePad with unicode fonts (as
used to)for writing text in my language (Vietnamese).Any
explication to fix the problem will be much appriciated !

These are both Windows utilities, please post to a windows newsgroup.You
should indicate your Windows UI language as well: I don't think English
versions of Windows 98 will handle Vietnamese input.
