I can 't explain it very good but I'll do the best I can.

I have written a letter in Word 2003, but it 's a standard letter, i just
need to change like 5 different words.
Now, in school, 3 years ago i think, we learned you can make a dot.file of
it. I want to do that, but I also want that the few words I need to fill in
are very clear to see. So when I open the dot.file, i see my letter and
instead of the words some grey parts... I can 't find it..

Hope somebody can help me, I'm from Belgium so please if you explanation is
in English don 't use difficult words :)
