word wrapping

Whenever I type, and then Word wraps it into another line, the word appears tabbed... It looks like this
asdf dfjefedad efaoijdf eofijadfja eifjadgfjaksd efjaoigtfa aefihaweiohgtaoiej dfja;oeihfr;oaeiw adfhasefhaoiehfea;eoijfraoi
e
I'm not pressing enter or tab. How do I make it stop?
 
Your paragraph has a hanging indent. Probably pressing Ctrl+Q will cure it.
Or try Ctrl+T. Or, on the ruler, drag the hanging indent marker back to the
margin.
