I'm using Office 2003. I have set my outlook settings so that MS Word is my
default application for viewing, editing and creating email messages.
BUT - When I view some messages (just double-click a message in my inbox) it
open the general viewer - and not MS Word.
Is there something that can be done?
Does it have anything to do with the message's format?
