When i use Text in Word i have a thin line round the characters. How do i do
to delete the line ?

(You hardly see it if you dont use 50 pt or higher)

Thanks for any tips!

Gunnar

First check your Font settings {FORMAT menu > FONT}, such as font type
(change to a different font type to see if you get the same thing), look at
your font effect settings (do you have it set for a specific effect?), and
also check to see if you have any 'Text Effects' selected on the the 'Text
Effects' tab (such as "marching Ants" )

;) Good Luck

For starters, try selecting the text and pressing Ctrl+Spacebar, which will
remove any direct font formatting. If the line is around individual letters,
you may have the Outline property enabled in Format | Font. If it's around
groups of letters, you may have applied a border to the text (Format |
Borders and Shading).
