I am wanting to format a document that I am always changing to wher I don't have to scroll through the document all the time. I am wanting to just tab to the parts I always change. Does anyone no how to do that?

You could set bookmarks at those points and use Go To to go to them (and
note that Shift+F5 will take you to the last edit point). If the document is
like a form, with only specific data fields to be entered, then it could be
set up as a form; see
