Word searches for template from server

I recently relocated a workstation to a different floor. Whe attempting to
open certain Word documents, Office XP/Windows XP, it takes literally 5 plus
minutes to open. I also see a pop-up indicating that a template is being
downloaded from a no longer active server. Other documents open without a
problem. Is there a global setting or is it document specific? BTW, I have
other workstations that can open the same documents without a problem.
